FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service: Crew members are expected to have the ability to interact with the customer on a daily basis. This interaction includes sales, answering any questions about wash packages, chemicals, etc. It also includes conducting yourself with a high level of professionalism when handling different customer interactions that occur.
- Equipment/Site Maintenance: Crew members will be responsible for 1st level maintenance of the equipment and site. This includes but is not limited to: greasing equipment, checking conveyor chain for excess slack, checking brushes for tangling/knotting or damage, and any other items on the 1st level maintenance check sheet. Lastly, crew members will be responsible for the cleanliness of the entire site which includes keeping the backroom clean of trash & excess items, cleaning the equipment & tunnel, keeping the vacuum area and parking lot clean of trash & debris, cleaning the windows of the tunnel, & the POS islands including the DRB kiosks.
- Marketing: Crew members will be expected to fully participate in any marketing strategies implemented by the site manager. Crew member’s ideas will always be considered for future marketing and is highly encouraged.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to perform the duties above to the best of your ability
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Be on your feet for 8+ hours/day
- Work outdoors in different weather conditions (heat & cold)
- Work with people from all cultural (race, ethnicity, religion, etc.) and work backgrounds
- Exercise good customer service skills (both sales and marketing)
- Organizational skills
- Proficiency in PC applications(i.e. Microsoft Office Suite) and be a quick learner of specialized software (DRB, Camera Software, etc.)
- Be person of integrity/honesty that handles themselves in a professional manner both at work and at home
