Crew member full-time

SUBMIT APPLICATION

 At Pro Shine Express, we believe that our greatest asset is our employees. Be a part of something great, with awesome potential to grow as the company grows at this new location. Position is full-time, either 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM, 6 days a week.


FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Customer Service: Crew members are expected to have the ability to interact with the customer on a daily basis. This interaction includes sales, answering any questions about wash packages, chemicals, etc. It also includes conducting yourself with a high level of professionalism when handling different customer interactions that occur.
  • Equipment/Site Maintenance: Crew members will be responsible for 1st level maintenance of the equipment and site. This includes but is not limited to: greasing equipment, checking conveyor chain for excess slack, checking brushes for tangling/knotting or damage, and any other items on the 1stlevel maintenance check sheet. Lastly, crew members will be responsible for the cleanliness of the entire site which includes keeping the backroom clean of trash & excess items, cleaning the equipment & tunnel, keeping the vacuum area and parking lot clean of trash & debris, cleaning the windows of the tunnel, & the POS islands including the DRB kiosks.
  • Marketing: Crew members will be expected to fully participate in any marketing strategies implemented by the site manager. Crew member’s ideas will always be considered for future marketing and is highly encouraged.
  • Computer Proficiency: Crew members must be able to use basic computer software and be trained to utilize POS system to modify customer accounts and transact sales.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS:


  1. Be able to perform the duties above to the best of your ability
  2. Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  3. Be on your feet for 8+ hours/day
  4. Work outdoors in different weather conditions (heat & cold)
  5. Work with people from all cultural (race, ethnicity, religion, etc.) and work backgrounds
  6. Exercise good customer service skills (both sales and marketing)
  7. Organizational skills
  8. Proficiency in PC applications(i.e. Microsoft Office Suite) and be a quick learner of specialized software (DRB, Camera Software, etc.)
  9. Be person of integrity/honesty that handles themselves in a professional manner both at work and at home

CREW MEMBER PART-TIME

3-4 days a week including weekends.

CUSTOMER SERVICE PART-TIME

SUBMIT APPLICATION

 At Pro Shine Express, we believe that our greatest asset is our employees. Be a part of something great, with awesome potential to grow as the company grows at this new location. Position is part-time from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Must be available to work weekends. Hourly rate + bonus commissions.


FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Customer Service: CSA's are expected to have the ability to interact with the customer on a daily basis. This interaction includes sales, answering any questions about wash packages, chemicals, etc. It also includes conducting yourself with a high level of professionalism when handling different customer interactions that occur.
  • Sales: CSA must have the ability to consistently sell wash packages and unlimited plans. Must also participate with management on sales goals, marketing, and promotions.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS:


  1. Be able to perform the duties above to the best of your ability
  2. Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  3. Be on your feet for 8+ hours/day
  4. Work outdoors in different weather conditions (heat & cold)
  5. Work with people from all cultural (race, ethnicity, religion, etc.) and work backgrounds
  6. Exercise good customer service skills (both sales and marketing)
  7. Organizational skills
  8. Be person of integrity/honesty that handles themselves in a professional manner both at work and at home
